The 2021 Tax free weekend in Tennessee begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 30 and ends Sunday, August 1 at 11:59 p.m. During the tax-free weekend, numerous items can be purchased without having to pay sales tax. The items include clothing under $100 per item, school supplies under $100 per item, and computers under $1,500. The tax exemption not only applies to items purchased within stores, but also items purchased over the phone, internet, or mail in which the retailer accepts the order during the tax-free holiday.
That weekend is a fantastic time to go shopping in Pigeon Forge due to the tax free weekend in Tennessee!
