The annual Pigeon Forge 4th of July Fireworks and Patriot Festival seems to get bigger and better each year and the 2017 Pigeon Forge 4th of July Patriot Festival is lined up to be an amazing event! The Pigeon Forge Patriot Festival is an excellent event that the entire family will enjoy as there is entertainment for people of all ages. If you plan to attend the Fourth of July Patriot Festival in Pigeon Forge during the day, be sure to bring sunscreen as the location is a very open and exposed park that gets plenty of sun! Also, bring your lawn chairs or blankets for seating…unless you love to sit in the grass. Umbrellas, coolers, and popup tents are not allowed.
2017 Pigeon Forge 4th of July Festival Details
The Pigeon Forge Patriot Festival takes place at Patriot Park (map provided below of the exact location) and is free to attend. Free parking is available at the Pigeon Forge Municipal Parking Lot on nearby Teaster Lane (between the LeConte Center and The Island). Free trolley rides are usually provided to shuttle people back and forth between the parking lot and Patriot Festival. The only parking that will be available at Patriot Park is usually handicap parking.
Headliners for the 2017 Pigeon Forge Patriot Festival
The Pigeon Forge 4th of July festival offers amazing headliners year after year offering free concerts, and this year’s headliner will be Thompson Square! This incredible American country music husband and wife duo have hit singles including “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not” and “If I Didn’t Have You.” This is a great opportunity to see a multi-platinum country music band in concert for free!
Activities at the Pigeon Forge 4th of July Patriot Festival
The full list of activities and times are still being finalized, and we will post those as soon as they are released. Historically, the activities kick off around noon and then finish with the headliner concert and fireworks in the evening. It’s a great Pigeon Forge event to experience with the entire family!
