Final Thoughts
We’d love to hear from you and what you think about Ole Smoky Moonshine in Pigeon Forge, TN. Will you be tasting some Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine in Pigeon Forge on your next visit?
I hope Ole Smoky Moonshine will be open before September 19th. we visit the site in Gaitlinburg every year in september. Our group always plans a 2 week vacation for september for the car shows, it’s one of our trips we really look forward too and come back every year for the last 5 years. my husband says were going home when were in the air flying to pigeon forge from Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada.
No I will not taste it!!!!! I am very disappointed they would bring moonshine to Pigeon Forge. We have been coming to PF for 20+ years. It has been so nice but not now. You get a place to have a nice vacation..then they mess it up. Sorry!!!!!!!
I SURE WILL,JUST LIKE EVERY YEAR I’VE BEEN THERE.AS FAR AS MAE WHO MADE THE COMMENT AS TO PIGEON FORGE BEING A BAD PLACE JUST BECAUSE A NEW STORE WILL BE OPENING.,IF I WERE YOU I WOULD JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS NOT MESSED UP!!!
I WILL BE THERE WHEN THE DOORS OPEN!!!!!
no i will not be tasting i am really disappointed that pigeon forge is getting so bad about the alcohol we have been coming to smokes for about 15 years and it is no longer like it use to be
LOVE that you will be opening in Pigeon Forge soon. The small jars make great little gifts. It’s a fun product.
I love to see how moonshine is made. I will taste it and take some home for later. Its cool they are bring back history an showing the new generation how things were done years ago. But to the people that are having issues with these businesses coming into these towns. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are still very great place to visit and vacation too. I would rather see a part of history than see strip clubs or alot of other stuff that makes these lovely places go to hell. You dont not have to go to these shop there is alot of other places to visit also its no worse than you going to a restaurant that serves alcohol or going to a winery or the Apple Barn.
No parking there. Who wants to park in one place and catch a ride to the isle. We were just there and that’s not to swift, especially when it opens.
Oh yes i will be visting it i love going to the one in gatlinburg love seeing how it’s made and tasting it can’t wait till it opens……..
I Love Pigeon Forge and I Love the Isle. Been visiting Pigeon Forge for several years and will continue to do so. The ones that are saying its bad because of alcohol. I don’t drink but just because a place sells it doesn’t mean its a bad place no one is making you go .
I don’t drink but will probably go just because I like seeing how things are. made and production lines. The flavors sound very tasty. I won’t judge. I’ll leave that to GOD:))
Is Pigeon Forge like it used to be? No! Is there alcohol if you want it? Yes! Does anyone force you to drink it? No! It is interesting to me that some people have been coming to PF for years because of the “family atmosphere”. They complain about alcohol being sold but, they don’t seem to have a problem with Cupids sex toy store. You asked, and in my opinion, PF is better than ever! We’ll keep coming!!
It just a taste for goodness sakes! We went to the one in Gaitlinburg loved how it looks, the gift shop and the music outside was awesome and the tasting room was so much fun! Looking forward to the new store when we hit the Isle in Nov!!!!
We will be there the first part of November and looking forward to going. Will they have the T-shirts, sweatshirts and gifts the Gatlinburglocation has?
we wanted to go to the Isle, but we was not going to park in their parking lot & walk a mile to the Isle. There were a couple of suttles parked, but were not running.
