Love Cheddars in Asheville and just saw the new one in Pigeon Forge when we were there for weekend. Wish it had been open!!!!
We visited CHEDDARS PIGEON FORGE TN this weekend had a most AWESOME experience ,the wait staff was knowledgeable, made great recommendations, food was fantastic tasting and portion size was incredible, even though the house was packed the General Manager still had time to personalize the reputation of this establishment, I recommend this place over all others and while your there you must try the Onion rings and the Philly Cheese Steak and some Shepherds Pie ! The best I have ever had without Gordon Ramsey preparing it .
i love cheddar’s and their food was amazing. our server emiko was really nice and gave us the service that we needed. she was on top of every thing
we visited Cheddars this past Monday 5/13 for a late mothers day lunch. i must say it was awesome. we have the chicken and shrimp on rice, buttered corn and slaw. the waitress, Anita, was awesome. she was so attentive and sweet. we will certainly ask for her again. glad we came in mid afternoon as it was not so crowded. we live in the boyds creek area, out 66 toward 407 and I40. please we desperately need one out this way as there is really a need for a GOOD restaurant here. please consider putting one out here. thanks for a wonderful experience and WE WILL BE BACK

I was so excited to see that a Cheddars had located in Pigeon Forge. My family and I travel to Pigeon Forge yearly. I have eaten at several other Cheddars restaurant and was excited for my famliy to share in the experience. I must say we were very disappointed. We had to wait almost an hour. And when we fianlly were seated and the food was brought to us, there was a mix up in the orders. The server did not offer an apology. Also the ribs were cold and they ran out of steak sauce. I am sorry to say that Cheddars would not be my fist choice when my family an I visit Pigeon Forge in 2014 year.
I just came from Cheddars in Pigeon Forge. Don’t waste your time. The service was awful. It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee. I was there for one hour and 30 minutes after my server took my order. I think they need new management or get the hole staff out before they lose it all.
Do not waste your time at Cheddars Pigeon Forge. Servers are rude, the service is slow and the food is inferior to that served in other Cheddars locations. I live in Sevierville and have loved other Cheddars locations. If this is not their worst location it is close to it. If you are in the area and need to eat at a Cheddars go to Knoxville or Maryville. Both of them have excellent Cheddars locations.
We own a cabin in Pigeon Forge and therefore are able to vacation there numerous times a year. We have been to the local Cheddars many times and have always enjoyed quality food and outstanding service . With that being said we usually time our meals to not be during their busiest times .

All around probably the best atmosphere and food at a reasonable price in Pigeon Forge. We at first hesitated and then went in to see the menu. The prices were much lower than what you would expect for quality atmosphere. We’ve been up here annually for the last 14 years. Have always gone to Applewood, but now have a new favorite. No gimmicks, just good food and variety.
Where’s the chicken? We ordered the chicken fajita Queisdillas but it was all cheese! Oh & it was supposed to have bacon in it also… It had a few pieces the size of pepper flakes. So, call it what It is – cheese Queisdillas!
Ate there recently for dinner. I ordered the smoked salmon on rice with broccoli. The price was good but my salmon was not cooked and was even cold at the thickest piece. The rice was not hot. I told our waitress and told her that someone could get very sick on uncooked food. She apologized and asked if I wanted her to take it away? I said yes but she didn’t asked if I wanted something else. A second lady came by and wanted to know if everything was alright and I told her about the raw fish and she said “Oh, I’m sorry”. When we got our check, they charged me for the meal! I won’t ever eat at that Cheddars again. The least they could have done was taken it off my check…Very Disappointed! Would love some compensation for it…
